En todas partes del mundo, la acelerada forma en que se han tornado las exigencias modernas, han hecho que  se dupliquen la actividad porque a la agenda del d\u00eda a d\u00eda se le suman encuentros familiares, de amigos, trabajo y la sumatoria de excesos en todos los sentidos.<\/p>

Somos parte de una gran aldea global<\/strong><\/p>

Es as\u00ed como, para este lado de occidente se incrementan las opciones y posibilidades en torno de la practica milenaria del yoga, tanto presencial  como on line. tal vez en tu hogar contando con 60 min, fortalece tu sistema inmune y activa el circulatorio.<\/p>

Sab\u00edas que hay \u00e1sanas de yoga  que te ayudan a conseguirlo?<\/p>

Las flexiones laterales como la postura de Trikonasana, comprimen y masajean el bazo, cuyas funciones van desde filtrar la sangre hasta madurar y almacenar los linfocitos.<\/p>

La postura de la vela o Sarvangasana se considera tradicionalmente la reina de las posturas, pues favorece a todo el cuerpo al invertir el flujo de sangre por lo que aumenta el aporte de sangre a la cara y cerebro. Adem\u00e1s, es muy recomendable practicarla para el insomnio, adem\u00e1s de que estimula la tiroides y los \u00f3rganos abdominales. Reduce la fatiga y alivia el insomnio.<\/span><\/p>

Que tu mat se convierta en cualquier lugar, ese espacio para explorar, crecer, cambiar, reir, aceptarte y relajarte a trav\u00e9s de tu laboratorio de \u00e1sanas que es el cuerpo f\u00edsico.<\/p>
