Visto los beneficios de practicar meditaci\u00f3n y ver la asociaci\u00f3n que hay entre el estr\u00e9s y el antienvejecimiento. <\/p>

Nos planteamos la siguiente pregunta: \u00bfC\u00f3mo empezar a practicar Mindfulness?<\/p>

El concepto es simple, pero a veces no lo vemos f\u00e1cil. <\/p>

Para practicar mindfulness es necesario realizar una pr\u00e1ctica de relax y dejar la mente en un estado de relajaci\u00f3n. <\/p>

Podemos empezar con ejercicios f\u00e1ciles para empezar a practicar:<\/p>

  1. Conc\u00e9ntrate en tu respiraci\u00f3n. En todas las pr\u00e1cticas de relajaci\u00f3n, la respiraci\u00f3n es muy importante. S\u00e9 consciente de nuestro cuerpo y de todo cuanto nos rodea.<\/li>
  2. Trata de jugar con la atenci\u00f3n, d\u00e9jala en blanco y luego focaliza algo concreto. Realiza este ejercicio para dispersar y concentrar tus pensamientos. Con la pr\u00e1ctica, aprenderemos a centrarnos en el presente y no en los habituales pensamientos que nos llevan al pasado o se anticipan al futuro.<\/li>
  3. Identifica tus emociones. Cuando te concentras, el pensamiento y las emociones trabajan en conjunto. Trata de sobrellevar esas emociones, observar c\u00f3mo son y c\u00f3mo nos hacen sentir. Pero no las intentes reprimir ni eliminar.<\/li>
  4. Visualiza el momento en el que vivimos y no te dejes influenciar por las emociones o sensaciones.  Podemos caer en el error de dejarnos llevar por aquello que sentimos y no centrarnos en el momento presente.<\/li>
  5. Toma consciencia de tu cuerpo. Frecuentemente nuestras emociones se esconden en forma de sensaciones corporales. Depende de la persona los nervios se pueden manifestar de muchas maneras diferentes, problemas digestivos, musculares, de la piel, etc. Cuando practiques mindfulness, presta atenci\u00f3n a tu cuerpo y se consciente de sus sensaciones.<\/li><\/ol>

    Recuerda<\/strong>: Adopta una postura comoda de meditacion, no debe haber tensiones, ni molestias, ya sea sentada o acostada con las rodillas flexionadas.<\/p>
